This site uses Google Analytics and Vercel Web Analytics to understand page traffic. No clinical intake forms are used on this site.

If you use the contact form, your name, email address, and message are sent to Dr Robert Laidlaw by email through our email-delivery provider, Resend, and used only to respond to you.

Information may be stored, accessed, or processed outside Australia, including in the Philippines and the United States. For example, administrative support personnel located in the Philippines may handle correspondence, and providers such as Google and Resend store data in the United States.

Clinical services are provided through Claims Doctor and Cosmetic Doctor, whose privacy policies explain how health information is handled, including AI-assisted clinical note-taking with Heidi Health.
